Via 1up. Wii versions of Madden, NCAA Football, Live, FIFA, and Tiger Woods will will get special version of the 09 incarnations of these franchises. They call it “All-Play”, but personally, I just call it the “dumbification” of America. *Sigh* – let’s get into it.
EA SPORTS™ All-Play is a fun and exciting new line-up of EA SPORTS games designed especially for the Wii™. With unique
controls, a multitude of easy-to-learn mini games, Wii-exclusive modes and more, you can jump into the action with
friends and family like never before.
Whether you’re an EA SPORTS veteran or rookie, EA SPORTS All-Play levels the playing field and delivers a gaming experience like no other.

To cut the crap out of it, if you are into all mascot team action, addicted to mini-games, 5 on 5 football, or a version of Madden that your Grandma would want to play, well EA got that bull$h!t for you. If you want that real Filthy Tek (read: hardcore) experience, then we gotta stick to our PS3s and 360s. To be fair, it appears that the regular gaming modes will be in the games, and “All-Play” fluffage is designed to bring in the casual gamers. However, it is my opinion that Madden should never be a casual exerience. It should be a fun, but yet intense experience. Sports games should reflect real life, in the context of – the longer I work at it, the less I will suck at it. I do not want modes that have the athlethes looking like bobble heads. I want better game play. I played Madden 2008 on the Wii, and it sucked hard. If you want to make the Wii versions of these games better, then push the graphics capabilities of the machine to the limit, and give me some better damn controls. So instead of dumbing down your games for the love of greed, how about making the games playable for the people who have supported your franchises before it became cool to be a casual gamer.
